To ensure smooth operation of all socrate.io services across your organization, note the following infrastructure prerequisites:

1. All subdomains under socrate.io domain must be in the allow list (that is, *.socrate.io should be whitelisted).
2. The IPs under which socrate.io subdomains are available may change so they must not be blocked.
3. All subdomains under amazonaws.com must be in the allow list (that is, *.amazonaws.com should be whitelisted).
