To ensure smooth operation of all socrate.io services across your organization, note the following infrastructure prerequisites:

1. All subdomains under the socrate.io domain must be in the allow list (that is, *.socrate.io should be whitelisted).
2. The IPs under which socrate.io subdomains are available may change, so they must not be blocked.
3. All subdomains under the amazonaws.com domain must be in the allow list (that is, *.amazonaws.com should be whitelisted).
