SBS Console

The SBS Console (https://console.socrate.io) is a Web application for managing Socrate Business Services accounts, apps, tenants, access keys, and other SBS-related data at high level. SBS Console users are typically managers and developers who configure SBS from a billing, access, and security perspective. This includes tasks such as:

  • Create the SBS account or accounts that your organization will use (the account acts as a billing point). For example, if your organization has several subsidiaries for which you would like to maintain separate billing for SBS usage, you could create a separate account for each subsidiary.
  • Under each account, define the applications and tenants that your organization has.
  • Generate access keys required to access SBS services and consume their data at either application or tenant level, or both.
  • Configure email-related settings (required if your application implements the Email Service)
  • Configure ANAF-related settings (required if your application implements the Romanian e-Factura and e-Transport services)
  • Configure OAuth 2.0 settings (required if your application integrates with Google or Microsoft to send email or authenticate users)
  • Create users that are allowed to sign in to the SBS Console and perform any of the tasks above.
  • Create users that are allowed to sign in to the SBS Portal.
