SBS Portal
The SBS Portal (https://portal.socrate.io) is a Web application for viewing, monitoring, and managing SBS data. Portal users may include developers, technical support, business managers, accountants, translators, and any other personnel who need to view or modify SBS data at tenant level.
Access to the SBS Portal is permission-based, and can be as broad or as granular as required by the needs of each user. For example, your organization may grant portal access to the accounting team so that they can upload or download e-Factura invoices. Likewise, it could grant portal access to the support team so that they can view logs and data generated by the Tax Declarations Service. These are just examples; it is possible to configure the access permissions to as many or as few services for each individual user of the portal.
To view or manage service data, sign in to the portal, and then select the service of interest from the navigation menu on the left hand side. Be aware that the navigation menu contains only the services to which you have been granted access for the account, application, and tenant combination displayed at the top of the page.
You can interact with services (for actions such as querying or modifying data) either through a GraphQL interface, or through a graphical user interface (where available). Currently, the portal exposes graphical interfaces for the following services:
- ANAF Authorizations
- e-Factura
- e-Transport
- File Management
- Intrastat
- Organizations
- Tax Declarations
- Usage Monitoring
- VAT Validator
For services where both a GraphQL and a Web interface exists, you can switch between GraphQL and the Web interface by clicking the desired option in the top-right-corner of the page:
